Stephanie graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2012, initially working in the clinical areas of brain injury rehabilitation, spinal injury rehabilitation and older adult in patient and community rehabilitation in Sydney at the Royal Rehabilitation Centre (RRCS).

At RRCS Stephanie had the opportunity to set up and open a new inpatient rehabilitation ward and occupational therapy team. Stephanie then took up a position in a developmental disability service in Canberra, managing a large case load of those with high and complex needs in the community.

As well as experience working with those who have a developmental disability of various ages which includes; cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, Spina Bifida, Friedrich's Ataxia, and intellectual disability.

Stephanie is experienced in conducting ADL, functional, falls and environmental assessments. As well as assessing postural needs for wheelchair seating.

She is able to carry out ADL retraining, equipment prescription (including complex wheelchair seating), environmental modifications, manual handling training, and energy saving education.

Stephanie has continued to demonstrate her commitment to continuing professional development and ensuring evidence base practice by attending courses including wheelchair prescription and seating, environmental home modifications, and is FIM trained.

For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Stephanie is able to provide environmental modifications, equipment prescription, manual handling risk assessments, ADL assessments and functional retraining through the development of goal-oriented programs to the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and South Coast regions.

Stephanie is based in Nowra.
