Joanne graduated from the University of Sydney in 1992 as an Occupational Therapist and has had 20 years experience in a broad range of hospital, community and private health industry settings.

This has included working in Aged Care and rehabilitation services at Camden Hospital and in the acute setting at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney working in the clinical areas of Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiology, Respiratory and Oncology.

Later moving to a Senior Occupational Therapist role and managing Occupational Therapy Services at Eastern Suburbs Private Hospital.

This extensive experience within a variety of Rehabilitation and Acute services provided Joanne the opportunity to develop expertise in ADL and home assessment, ADL retraining, case management and functional education services.

In more recent years Joanne has developed expertise in Occupational Rehabilitation under the NSW Workcover scheme. Joanne completed her certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2012 and is experienced at delivering Ergonomic and Manual Handling training.

Delivery of quality service to all stakeholders is a key focus for Joanne who is passionate about people, communication and establishment of effective relationships with all parties to achieve an optimum outcome and achievement of functional goals.

At Moore Rehab Outcomes, Joanne is available to provide Medico-Legal Assessments, ADL Assessments/Retraining, Ergonomic Assessments and Case Management.
