Chin Yin graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.

She has over 12 years of experience in community development, public health program and policy management, development and evaluation for Local, State and Federal Government.

She is particularly passionate and motivated to work with community groups and individuals to increase their access to quality services and support in order to improve their quality of life.

Over the past few years, Chin Yin has focused her energies, skills and knowledge in social work and public policy to advocate, support and empower individuals, community groups and not for profit organisations.

For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Chin Yin will use her expertise and skills to support our complex CTP, ICARE and community clients and their families. She can review social supports, accommodation, services and help families, carers and clients with adjustment post injury.

Chin Yin is based in Inner Sydney and is able to provide services within the Greater Sydney Region.
